From the moment we arrived and greeted by very friendly staff. I was able to charge my car overnight at the Tesla destination charger and offered to use the infinity pool, sauna and spa. The room was very simple and very comfortable with mini bar and snacks available. The views are amazing

Staff went out of the way to help and the view from my room made mynjaw drop open. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great also with an amzing view and the restaurant was top notch. It is a bit far from the center in Como and have to take the funicular (taxis are expensive) but totally worth it for the view. I would come again felt like a Queen.

They offered a transfer service that is a very short car ride I later learned isn’t complimentary…5 euros every time isn’t bad but when the Funicular was down it totally derailed my travel plans.
