Staff were excellent and very helpful. And the location was nice and walkable to the city centre. The room was nice and spacious however had limited control over the temperature of the room so the thermostat didn’t seem to change the climate much. The beds were just 2 single beds pushed together and the mattresses kept moving apart the duvet were also 2 singles put together. The TV isn’t a smart tv and has no internet functionality and also can’t connect to your phone to screen share.

Located centrally to the Christmas markets, with easy self parking so is ideal for location. The hotel itself is nice. Rooms are decently sized but the ventilation system is poor so rooms are very dusty constantly. The beds are terrible. A king size bed is not a King but rather two doubles moved together so you can feel the divide when you are sleeping and often sink in the middle. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and breakfast is nice but limited.

The hotel is near the train station and it's only a 20 minute walk to the center. The staff was helpful with checkin. The rooms are modern and clean. Only complaint is having an adjoining room when not requesting one. I could hear the people in the next room through the door. I asked to switch unfortunately no rooms were available.
