Some issues need addressing

Pros: good breakfast, friendly staff and generally clean Cons: no airconditioning and too hot, even with windows open plus excessive street noise. Fridge in room not working No glasses or china cups provided, only disposable items, poor quality for 4* hotel and not eco friendly. Half used toilet roll - not acceptable Broken USB port, broken door handle to Juliette balcony. TV had been wall mounted directly in front of a picture - why?? Towels very small and poor quality

Amplia habitación con camas y almohadas de gran confort (para nuestro gusto). Dispone de bañera. Se ofrecen detalles de bienvenida, tales como botellas de agua, y se reponen diariamente las cápsulas de café. El área de spa se mantiene en impecables condiciones de higiene, ofreciendo toallas, taquillas y secadores de pelo. El desayuno buffet es abundante e incluye opciones para intolerantes a la lactosa. Een echte aanrader ...een heel mooi hotel ruime kamer en badkamer ,alles aanwezig ,een overheerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt .De bubbels hebben heerlijk gesmaakt gisteren toen ik er was voor een dag en nacht .Mijne 65e verjaardag werd een verwendag waar ik enorm van genoten heb.Ik kom zeker nog terug .Dank u aan het volledige personeel dikke pluim !!

Convenient hotel in the centre of Blankenberge

The hotel was pretty central, two minutes walk from the sea so that was certainly an added plus. Service was excellent, the receptionists were kind, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel bar is super cozy, with really lovely staff. The room was generally comfortable, though it felt quite cold, despite the heating being on (it was around 2-0 degrees outside). Another downside was the slight smell of smoking just outside the room. The wellness centre was fine, not exceptional but it has everything you need (pool, sauna, steam room). We got a massage done and that was really really good!

Très bon hôtel, bons équipements, personnelles super sympa. Seul bémol pour se garer, il faut prévoir de payer le parking de l'hôtel ou le stationnement dans les rues. Je recommande !
