This was our third stay at thr Crowne Plaza and it has retained it's very high standards. It's facilities are excellent, the breakfast offerings fresh and numerous and the staff unfailingly courteous, friendly and efficient. This hotel is fabulous! Great welcome from check in staff, restaurant and bar staff all provide excellent service. Rooms very comfortable. Good swimming pool and gym area, very clean. Hotel location wonderful for ease of exploring Brugge, very centrally located for all the bars, shops and tourist attractions. Cannot fault this hotel in any way, will definitely return. Staff was excellent. We arrived late and they called a nearby restaurant to ask if they could serve us. The restaurant Wes near closing but stayed open to serve us. Room was great. We were able to view the 12th century crypt church below their hotel. Wonderful staff.
