Our cabin is perfectly situated as your base camp for the region’s attractions and activities. You’re just a scenic drive from:

· Morgantown, WV (35 minutes)
· Deep Creek Lake & Wisp Resort, MD (40 minutes)
· The towns of Kingwood or Bruceton Mills (15 minutes)
Plus, you’re located close to kayaking, skiing, ATV trails, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking.

A Comfortable & Well-Equipped Space
The 800-square-foot cabin comfortably sleeps your group of up to 5 persons. It features one private bedroom with a king bed and an open loft with a queen and a twin XL bed. Room-darkening curtains and quality linens ensure a great night's rest for everyone. Both bedrooms have smart TVs, and a foldaway bed is also available.

Inside, you'll find:

· A fully equipped kitchen with beautiful hickory cabinets.
· A living area with a large-screen TV and flexible dining space.
· An upstairs desk workspace with a 19-inch monitor, keyboard, and mouse (available upon request).
· Climate control via window A/C units in summer and baseboard heating.

Outdoor Living with Stunning Views
The outside area offers mountain views in three directions, including beautiful sunrises. Enjoy the picnic table, gas grill, outdoor seating, and your choice of a solo fire pit (wood pellets provided) or a traditional fire pit (some firewood provided).

Other Important Details

· Check out our long-stay discounts! We also offer discounts for active and retired military personnel (inquire for details).
· For stays from November through March, AWD or 4WD is recommended, as our country road is not always a priority for road crews.
· The cabin is in a rural setting on a road that gets truck traffic on weekdays and ATV traffic on summer weekends, some road noise during the day is to be expected.
· The property is not child-proofed.
· Lawn care may need to be performed during your stay; we will coordinate timing with you.
· Stays longer than 28 days require a lease agreement. Refusal to sign a lease for such stays will result in booking cancellation.

Hot Tub Rules

1. No glass or food in the hot tub area.
2. Children MUST be supervised by an adult. No children under the age of two.
3. Limit your soak to 30 minutes.
4. Do not use while intoxicated.
5. Please shower prior to use to rinse off oils and lotions. These build up and cause foam and a scum line and damage the filter.
6. No jumping or diving.
7. Maximum capacity 5 people.
8. Replace the cover and secure it after use.
9. No sitting or putting any weight on the cover.
10. Swimwear required.
11. No adding of chemicals to hot tub unless directed by owner.
