The breakfast was great but need more options for cereal for kids. The beds were absolutely horrible. You would roll over and feel like the bed was going to break. Extremely tired because of no sleep from the bed

We liked the convenience to the university. It was just a few minutes away. What we didn't like was the industrial neighborhood. For several blocks around the hotel, it looked like a truck convention. A beautiful lawn to walk the dog in would be nice.

TV did not work in room--had to be moved to another room-went from king to 2 queens--booked an additional room on separate booking for next night-requested if we could stay in same room all three nights--front desk made a note on reservation---did nothing, had to pack up and leave hotel and then come back at 3pm for check-in time. Poor

I’ve stayed at this property many times. The staff, all the housekeepers and front desk are lovely. But my last stay no hot water on the evening of check in. Not resolved until the next morning when I could finally shower. No refunds offered. But Expedia came through with excellent service. I’m torn at staying here again. The manager might have lost a good, clean, quiet guest😔.
