Filthy! It looked like someone spit on the walls, there appeared to be black mold in the AC unit, the vent in the RR was filled with black gunk, there was almost no water pressure but the tub backed up even with the slow shower, there was a dead roach by the bed, cracks on the corner molding and loud neighboring rooms that partied all night. This is the worst place we have ever stayed and we travel a lot.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were nice. Loved the pump containers for shampoo, soap etc. Lot of toilet paper. Great towels. It was a very nice place.

This is a family-owned business, and they do all they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you are looking for a fancy place move on but if you want clean and comfortable without a lot of hype stay here.

Pros: Rooms were adequate. Clean though showing wear and tear associated with lower end accomodations.The room had all the basics, nice hot shower, coffee maker and clothes iron. Allowed our teams access to charge the batteries of our boats. Come ns: Family management left no one at the desk without ringing the external buzzer at night or early morning. Lobby not open early morning for coffee. Had an issue with the cheap door access cards.

It was nice but not enough condiments for the coffee,the mattress/box springs sucked(horrible if you've had back surgery)and last but not least the next morning the other guests sewage was coming up in the toilet! I called the front desk but he never answered and it stunk! Before all that it was clean.

Arrival at the motel the desk clerk was quite short. Went to room and walked in to the smell of mildew and mold. Changed rooms. Bed was good and comfy. Found a toenail/fingernail in the bathroom floor. Also, I requested a handicapped room and there were no bars in bath and toilet was very low to the ground.

Check in experience was fine. During check out at 8:30a, I was going to inform the staff that hot water was not running in the room. Upon ringing the bell for service, no one answered. My husband came in at that moment and the door chimed. Nothing. We called, nothing. Then after about 5 minutes of waiting a lady came out in PJs and goes "what" very rude. We apparently woke her up and she wasn't concerned with what we had to tell her. So we said nevermind and walked out. Unprofessional for hotel "staff"

Rude foreign owners

I booked a non-smoking room, tried to give me a smoking room. Then gave me a room they said was non-smoking. But it smelled like smoke, had an ashtray in it and didn't have the no smoking room plaque. All because I smelled like smoke. She was a VERY RUDE person. If I could give negative points to them I would. Have stayed here before with same results, won't be back.
