Room and linen smelled old. The facility is old and dated. The parking lot is cracked and poorly maintained. I had to be there for 5 nights and left after the first night due to a family emergency. I didn’t request a refund, I only wanted credit for the 4 nights I paid for and didn’t use. I need to go back to the Harlingen area for business and finish what I needed to do originally and was hoping for some decency from the company. Even though the place is not nice and the hotel room doesn’t keep the highway noise out, it’s close to where I need to do my business but they would not work with me, took my money and couldn’t careless about my situation. Crappy hotel and crappy management I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

The building itself appears to be older, but the room was clean and well maintained. I'm not a fan of outside access to the rooms, so that is a 'minus'. The rate was reasonable based on the above. There were people outside being noisy around midnight to 1am.

The room was OK towels were stained. There was hair in the shower. Smells a little bit like humid like the fact that the refrigerator was working. AC was working as well. Didn’t like that a check in. They asked for an additional $50 deposit that is being held on my credit card for God knows how many days now. I stayed in room 208.
