Hice una reservacion por 2 habitaciones y solo aparecio una en el hotel y tuve que pagar otra, quedaron en hacerme el reembolso del pago pero mientras yo tuve que cubrir de nuevo el gasto, mermndo mis gastos con todo y proteccion de la reservacion que tambien pague .... pesimo servicio!

La tina de baño tenía pelos y estaba sucia y la cortina llena de moho igual el toilet estaba sucio
