Towels are very thin, ruugh and found a long hair in one which rubbed on my body while drying after a shower. I ended up going to grab my.own towels after that.

The room I was given did not have working air condition. The temp was set to 62 degrees with fan on high and it never cooled. It was very stuffy. Left and returned a few hours later and the room still felt very stuffy. Asked the front desk if they could switch rooms and the gentleman happily obliged and put me in a room with working A/C.
