Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First room was not cleaned at all, second was marginally better. No service even when staying a week; requested it twice and it never happened. Rooms are poorly maintained and it still somewhat smells like smoke even though all the rooms have been converted to non-smoking. Would not stay again.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The rooms are extremely outdated and appear to have had little to no upgrades. The refrigerator had rust on the sides, the desk chair was old with the seat tearing, and the room had a musty smell. The bedding also felt sticky and uncomfortable. The only positive was the staff—they were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Unfortunately, the condition of the property outweighed that. I would not recommend staying here and will not return
