The ladybat the front desk was really awesome. Super friendly, helpful and very kind. This is and older hotel do.not expect 5 star service like holiday inn or Marriott. Its simply a good place to get rest. Do.not listen to these other post on here because i asked about them. Just angry travelers wanting 5 star service from a 2 star hotel. Great place lots of fast food places that you can walk too.

1). Just received my credit card statement. Brookville Inn charged my card $55 + more than was owed. 2). At checkin a middle aged male clerk tried to charge me a $10.00 registration fee.

Very old. Fire alarm gets set off just by taking a shower if steam enters the room. Then they expect you to pay $250. Fire charge. Towels were very thin. Safety bar for tub was outside of the tub on the wall. No coffee maker. Light over our door had no cover. Just one bulb hanging there. A lamp on one nightstand only. Almost impossible to walk between end of bed and desk to get to bathroom. The people were friendly. The place was terrible.

Didn't even last an hour. Filthiest place I've ever been. Open and used soap from the last guest in the shower, as well as hair on the wall, and hair clogging the drain. The towels smelled musty as if they hadn't even been washed. Mirrors clearly not washed either. And the worst part is the bed was covered in yellow and brown stains. The only thing that clued me in to the fact that they had attempted to clean the room was the made bed and folded towels. Not even my own home is this gross. After my shower I felt even dirtier, so I booked a different hotel further away and felt nauseous the whole ride there. Later, when I called the OYO customer service, while I was on hold, I got hung up on. When I called again and redirected to the property itself, I told them I would not be checking out tomorrow because I had left early. They did not ask why, did not apologize, and before I could even ask about a refund, I was once hung up on again. The cleaner hotel that I stayed at was actually CHEAPER! This place is a lose-lose scenario. Disgusting, terrible service, waste of money.

Our room had what looked like a blood stain on the carpet by where a garbage can should have been. No garbage cans anywhere. Both Bo’s spring covers were dirty. One appeared to have a blood stain. The bathroom floor had not been swept or cleaned. The carpets had red and brown stains. No soap, shampoo or conditioner. Only one towel for four people. Sheets seemed clean though.

Get what you pay for. Simple room for sleeping

This was the most affordable place to stay nearby, which is what we needed during a cross country trip. The first room we went into was not clean at ALL (mold in the toilet, debris on the pillows), but we asked to move and got put in a new room that was much better. Can’t ask for more than that. Got a fine night’s sleep.

Dirty and smelly towels and bed linens, and the shower drain was partially clogged so that I was standing ankle deep in water by the end of a shower. Door kind of stuck so took several tries with the keys and practically ramming it with my shoulder in order to open. These are all simple fixes, so it’s pretty unfortunate that I experienced all of them in one stay.

The water in the bathroom is what I call "Hard Water." It has a lot of minerals in it which will stain anything and everything it touches if something isnt property cleaned right away. The shower curtain lower 3rd was pretty much brown from the water. There was no soap in the room. Just two packets of shampoo The Staff was friendly and the room vacuumed. I needed a place to get some sleep. It fit that bill. I wouldn't want to stay here any longer than one night, or stay with my family.
