Leave dirty towels in laundry hamper Leave unused beds untouched, used beds leave linens on bed unmade. Load dishwasher, start cycle. Lock doors, turn off lights, TVs, upstairs AC, log out of TV apps
Empty trash into Live Oak cans. Garbage day is Thursday. Please place can by road Wednesday night and bring back in once emptied. Clean out grill ashes if used.
Put toys back in storage, please do not take toys home as they are for all guests. Return washer and cornhole boards to laundry room.

This was the perfect rental property for our stay. The house is so beautiful and clean. Close to Sam Rayburn Club House where the food was delicious. Not to mention fishing. Great communication with Sara the host. We had a great stay!

Spacious property in Brookeland, TX!

We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of available space indoors and outdoors. There were plenty of parking spaces, it was extremely clean, and it is also literally less than 5 minutes from everywhere on our agenda. Will 100% rent again.
