The Space:
Orion’s Outlook is a spacious, pet-friendly cabin that comfortably accommodates up to 26 guests in 7 bedrooms.
Sleeping Arrangement:
- Upstairs Master Bedroom #1 (Sleeps 2): Enjoy the privacy of a spacious master suite complete with a luxurious ensuite bathroom, designed for your utmost comfort.
- Upstairs Bunk Room (Sleeps 6): A spacious bunk and game room featuring six twin beds, perfect for younger guests or groups, with a shared bathroom conveniently nearby.
- Downstairs Master Bedroom #2 (Sleeps 2): Another well-appointed master suite featuring its own ensuite bathroom, offering both comfort and seclusion.
- Downstairs Bedroom #3 (Sleeps 2): This cozy room shares access to a modern, well-equipped bathroom
- Downstairs Bedroom #4 (Sleeps 2): Conveniently located with shared access to a stylish bathroom, making it ideal for family members or guests.
- Downstairs Bedroom #5 (Sleeps 2): Luxurious king suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom to ensure a comfortable stay
- Downstairs Bedroom #6 (Sleeps 2): This cozy room shares access to a modern, well-equipped bathroom

Kitchen & Dining
The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, Keurig K-cup coffee machine, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, crockpot, toaster, blender, and grilling tools.
Living Room
Relax in the large living room with a gas fireplace, a spacious sectional sofa, and chairs. Sliding glass doors lead out to the back deck and additional outdoor seating.
Outdoor Area
Enjoy the private outdoor amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor dining, and fire pit.
General: The cabin is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with a paid pet fee and manager approval. Smart HDTVs are located throughout, and a full-size washer and dryer are available. Gas fireplaces are operational seasonally from October to April. The maximum occupancy is 26 guests.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire property. If you wish to use the fire pit, please
note that firewood is not included in the booking and must be purchased separately. You
may also contact us if you would like us to arrange firewood for you for an additional charge.
Parking:
Private driveway for 3–4 vehicles.

Pool heat depends on the weather, with an additional fee.

After confirming your reservation, a rental agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. This must be completed before your arrival.
The minimum age to book and check in is 25 years old. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 25 may be subject to cancellation.

Pool Heating
- Pool heating is not included in the accommodation fee. If you would like to add pool heating.
- Pool heat is available October–April for an additional fee of $125 per day with a 2-day minimum.
- Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival and cannot always be guaranteed due to weather conditions or equipment limitations.
- Kindly note: While we do our best to provide pool heating, this service cannot be guaranteed at all times due to weather conditions or possible equipment limitations.
Hot Tub
- The hot tub is available year-round. Please keep the cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.
Fire Pit & Fireplaces
- Firewood is not provided. Guests may purchase firewood locally if they wish to use the outdoor fire pit, or they can give us a call if they want to arrange it prior
- Indoor gas fireplaces are seasonal and available October–April.
Pets
- If you plan to bring pets, please note that the cabin charges an additional pet fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Kindly contact us in advance to ensure the pet fee is added to your booking.
- Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.
- Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on furniture.
Parking
- Private driveway parking available for approximately 3–4 vehicles.
- No street parking allowed.
Security Cameras
- For safety, exterior security cameras are located at entry points and outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home.
Occupancy Limit
- Maximum occupancy is 26 guests at all times.
- Parties, events, and extra guests are not allowed.
Self Check-In

- While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working perfectly, occasional service interruptions may occur due to weather, power outages, or equipment issues. We will address any issue as quickly as possible.
