THE SPACE
The living room anchors everything — a large stone fireplace, oversized leather couch, and warm log cabin character that immediately feels like a vacation. The fully equipped kitchen features a 5-burner gas stove and seats 10 between the bar and dining table, so the whole group eats together.

Step outside to the screened-in covered porch overlooking the creek and property. It's the kind of spot where evenings disappear — outdoor sectional, fire pit table, dining table, and creek views as far as you can see. The creek behind the cabin flows beautifully through much of the year and sets the backdrop for the fire pit area in every season. Note: the creek is seasonal and flow varies with rainfall, particularly in summer.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
We want every guest to have an exceptional stay. To protect all parties, the following are required:
— Minimum renter age: 25 (primary guest must be 25+)
— Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival (emailed after booking)
— $300 security deposit hold placed on guest credit card prior to arrival
— Credit card name must match booking name
— No pets · No smoking · No parties or events · Maximum 9 guests
