Luxurious cabin in the 💚 of town. Construction near.

Beautiful cedar and white pine cabin located in the heart of Hochatown. Nice 3 bed 3 bath. Wrap around porches. Hot tub for 6 This is a very cozy cabin close to all the wonderful amenities of Hochatown. Are you pulling a boat? No worries. This cabin is located right off highway 259. Very easy access. The back overlooks a small creek everyone is sure to love. Ready to relax in the evening and sit by the fire pit? We have that covered as well. Gas grill is provided. Large dining table plenty of room for 8. There is also a bar that seats 4. Fully equipped kitchen. There are so many things to love about this cabin. Most of all it is just downright relaxing. Porches every where, sit, relax and enjoy. There is a beautiful stone fireplace. Outside you will enjoy strolling along the creek or sitting by the firepit and enjoying some smores. Located across from Hochatown Saloon. Walking distance to great dinning and shopping at the Shoppes at Eagle Ridge Village. This cabin is located off a road that runs parallel to 259. Hochatown is growing and becoming increasingly busy. There is some road noise. Just like to put that out there because some people come expecting to be in a isolated quite area. Hochatown is quite a hustling and bustling community with that being said there is development near this cabin. There is a rv park behind the cabin as of 5/2/22 it is not open. It is very clean and nice spot for RV's. This cabin is on a dirt/ rock road so there is dust. During the Spring there is pollen. We do wash the cabin exterior and porches down before a stay but please know being in a rural setting there will be dirt and dust. I only mention this because every now and then someone will leave a negative comment about this. Also there is development all around. If you are wanting total seclusion this is not the spot for you. If you want a clean affordable cabin this is perfect. This cabin is not brand new. It doesn’t have a million amenities. It has lots of simple great character. A quaint cozy little place to rest while in town. I want to disclose the construction even more because lately although it says there is construction a handful of people say there is construction. It has always said that but then they go on to leave that in their review. Most people know that is not it if my control and only let me know if there is something that truly needs to be addressed. I welcome that. I can not however control dust nor construction.
