Some places you stay. Some places you remember. Mint To Be is the second kind. Tucked on a private acre in Pine Hills North, this modern cabin was built for the trips that actually bring people together — late nights around the fire, kids splashing in the creek, adults soaking in the hot tub while something good plays on the outdoor TV. No noise from neighboring cabins. No fighting over the bathroom. No reason to leave.

The outdoor space is unlike anything else in Hochatown.
Your private seasonal creek is the first thing kids run to and the last thing they want to leave; wading, stone skipping, exploring. The gated pool has loungers and plenty of sun. The covered hot tub deck has an outdoor Smart TV and a gas grill. The fire pit is built for s'mores and long conversations. A hammock hangs in the trees by the creek. Cornhole and yard games sit under string lights. You could spend three days out here.

Inside, the space feels as good as it looks.
Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the great room with light. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked for a real group meal, and the dining table seats everyone. The living room has plush seating, a large Smart TV, and a gas fireplace available in the cooler months.

The adults sleep well here.
Both king suites are on the main floor, each with luxury linens, a Smart TV, and a private spa ensuite with a deep soaking tub and an oversized tiled shower. These are real retreats not just rooms.

The rest of the crew is handled.
The loft bunk room fits up to four with a twin-over-full bunk, a twin bed, and a sleeper sofa plus its own Smart TV.

And then there's the arcade.
A custom console with 60 classic games. Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong. The rematches write themselves.

A few things worth knowing:
◆ Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
◆ The booking guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay.
◆ Dogs are welcome up to two well-behaved pups at $75 per dog per stay.
◆ Pool heating is available September - May at $75 per night and must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in.
◆ The gas fireplace is available October - April.
◆ A signed rental agreement and a refundable credit card hold are required to finalize your reservation, the hold is a pending transaction, not a charge.

Mint To Be is privately owned and managed by Turtle Time Properties. When you reach out, you're texting the owners not a call center. We'll have your keycode ready the morning of check-in and a full digital guidebook waiting before you arrive.

We had a party of 10 all ages staying at the cabin. We had so much fun. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room. The outdoor patio is gorgeous. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone needing plenty of space. Plus the pool and hot tub were a huge hit!

Sometimes Broken Bow lends itself to loud neighbors due to proximity and layout with other cabins. Mint To Be’s location and the backyard layout are truly peaceful and secluded despite the convenient access. The heated pool sets it apart in terms of amenities - our family loved swimming in March!

This was really great. The pool was a good size and fit all 9 of us. The outdoor patio with the tv and fireplace was amazing and relaxing even with the kids running around like crazy. The manual made things easy and there was a lot of towels, plenty of utensils, and other kitchen appliances. We only really needed to head into town for milk you can easily spend your whole trip at the house with the right people! Definitely going to book again just wish led we lived a little closer.

The road to the house was horrible. We should have been told that an higher profile Vehicle would be better to get to the house. The beds were horrible. We tried both king beds and neither one was comfortable. The grill was not clean and it was falling apart and laying on the deck.

Fun Family Vaca

Mint to be provided a great experience. I had to make sure we found a place that was suitable for my 1 year old and my teen/adult children. It is a great location. Just a few miles down we enjoyed our time at Beavers Bend state park, zip lining, boat and tube rental, kayaking and more. Kelli provides a very comfortable and clean place. This was my family’s first stay in broken bow,-Hochatown. The cabin was everything we expected it to be , Very clean, Modern decor, with very large bedrooms and bathrooms, the patio area was perfect for hangout out with the family, the Hot tub was super clean. Fantastic stay!

We decided to check out Hochatown for the first time and booked this house not knowing what the expect. House was spectacular in terms of sleeping accommodations and cleanliness. We have a 20 month old and 3 year old which can sometimes be scary not knowing if things are “kid friendly” and this house totally was safe for them! Location to shops, brewery, food was a plus. Kelli was quick to respond regarding some questions a had following check-in. Overall 5 star experience. Would happily book this house again!

Cozy Cabin

New cabin located in a very private area - we had no neighbors near us. There’s a nice creek flowing in the back that the kids enjoyed exploring. We took advantage of the grill, fire pit, hot tub, and fireplace outside (only qualm - there were no grilling tongs provided). Inside, there was enough seating for eight at the dining room table, so we all were able to have our meals in one table together. Kids enjoyed having their own space in the loft and our youngest enjoyed the teepee sleeping area. Family had a great in this cozy cabin!!
