The kitchen, large dining space, and comfortable living room make it easy to gather for meals, games, or movie nights by the fire, while the upstairs loft creates another favorite hangout space with shuffleboard, foosball, an arcade table, and extra sleeping.

Outside, your stay continues with a hot tub, firepit, porch swing, Blackstone and gas grills, disc golf, and a kid-friendly playground. This property is located off a gravel road. AWD or 4x4 vehicles may be preferred throughout some areas of Hochatown and Broken Bow.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.

Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. While we may be able to accommodate more people for events, only the maximum sleeping occupancy is allowed to stay overnight at the cabin.

Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.
