We recently stayed at this property over Easter weekend. Overall I think we had a good experience, the cabin fit 9 adults and 5 kids perfectly. Kitchen is well equipped with items you may need, it was nice to have two sets of washer/dryer, and it was per friendly. My only things I would suggest need improvement is on the cleanliness, some things don’t work, and the bunk beds up stairs are very noisy. The patio needs a good cleaning, we were going to make burgers outside but opted for inside because the grill and station next to grill was very dirty. I understand there’s pollen and nature all around cabin but the patio itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The chimney outside didn’t work, the outside chairs (by playground ) need updated and there was even a broken one just set to the side. In one bedroom it looked like the sheets hadn’t been changed. The bathrooms were clean just a little outdated. The trash bins had cardboard in it so one trash can was almost all taken by the cardboard. My suggestion to this owner would be talking to their property management company because it seems like some of the stuff wrong is preventative by good upkeep. The refrigerator was also working super slow our first night, which they did reply back to and said it was because it went from being completely empty to fully stocked. We thought it was because they had just plugged it in so it was taking a while to cool. OverallIt was a good experience but we wouldn’t book again.

The Apache Trail Lodge is a great property with lots of rooms. We had 9 adults with three of those being couple and three adult men. There were four rooms with King beds and then a room with four bunk beds and a loft that was available via a spiral staircase. There were 4 and a half baths. Our three single adult men needed their own beds and the loft was unusable for them since the spiral stairs were very narrow and they would have to go up and down through the night for a bathroom. They used the bunk beds but were cramped as the twin beds are a bit small for 6'4" men. :-)We used the pool table, and although there were other amenities, we did not have the time to use them. We really enjoyed our stay and the facility. The only real negative was that the Internet quality was very poor and we were unable to use the TV's to stream any shows or sports.

Loved the house!

We had a large group of 13, 3 families ages ranging from 2-39. This house was plenty big enough to accommodate our group! We had plenty of room. All the rooms were very large and the downstairs master bathroom was amazing! House had pretty much everything we needed. Company sent lots of instructions and made everything easy and understandable from checking to checkout!
