The farmhouse is fully air conditioned and features a fabulous billiard room with bar and combustion fireplace. The outdoor entertaining space is perfect for a summertime BBQ overlooking the vines and out to the mountain range beyond.

Brilliantly appointed lovely house.

This house was perfect for me and a group of friends to enjoy while having a weekend in the Hunter. With 6 bedrooms it meant everyone had their own bed. Brilliant space inside and out to chill. We all relaxed and enjoyed. Thank you.

A great Hunter Valley stay in Broke

Beautiful location on a small vineyard just up the road from Margan in Broke. Plenty of space, bathrooms and bedrooms for a large group of friends. Very hospitable owner who fixed our boots

Broke in the Vines - hidden jem

We had a very comfortable stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the fire and pool table was put to good use. Room down the back on the left was very comfortable and the property was clean. We did have an issue with the WIFI internet but used our data, I think it would be a quick fix for them. The main shared bathroom had an issue with the toilet so I'm sure they'll fix it now they know about it. I would definitely recommend the stay, just so relaxing! Would return in the future
