Heimathafen Vacation Apartment


The "Heimathafen" vacation rental is a newly renovated 2-room apartment measuring 64 m² in a small residential complex, just 150 meters from the Baltic Sea and the beach.
It is located on the first floor and has a sun-drenched southwest-facing orientation.
A spacious single-car garage is available for your car and any bicycles you may bring. The garage also features an outlet for charging e-bikes.
The apartment consists of a hallway, a living room with a dining area, and a separate, brand-new, fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and espresso machines, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
The new, modern bedroom is furnished with a 180 x 200 m solid oak bed, two 90 x 200 m mattresses, a large mirrored cabinet, and a dresser.
The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower option.
The light-filled living room features a cozy couch, a dining area with a view of the fields, as well as a large OLED TV with satellite connection and a hi-fi system. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi at 300 Mbits.

Sitting on the balcony is a wonderful way to relax, with a view over the fields of the cliffs.
There is a private washing machine in the basement of the house.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental price but can be rented from the Tourist Information Office for a fee of 18 € per person. These must be ordered there 14 days in advance.
In Schönhagen, spa passes are required (seasonal). These must be ordered and paid for at the Tourist Information Office (located on the beach promenade next to the DLRG) for the entire booking period.
Schönhagen is located in the beautiful “Schwansen” region, nestled between the Baltic Sea and the Schlei. The landscape is perfect for idyllic bike rides, such as to “Arnis,” Germany’s smallest town. In the fishing town of Kappeln, 10 km away, you can enjoy lovely boat tours, and the town offers a full range of amenities, from supermarkets to a home improvement store. In Schönhagen, there is a small bakery and a supermarket. Relaxation is the order of the day here.

Die Wohnung wird auch von den Besitzern genutzt und das merkt man auch. Sie ist sehr ansprechend und gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zur Ostsee ist sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr gute ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend , nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.
