An enjoyable stay in this splendid building, only short walk from the beach and town centre. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room ('classic'). Only comments: bed was a double, rather than king size we are used to. If we'd been staying more than one night we might have regretted the lack of any draws. An EV charging point would have been useful.

The whole experience was very good. We have been to this hotel a few times and everything is good - the checkin was quick, the room large and comfy, and the breakfast was very good. For some the downside is that the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the centre of broadstairs

A fantastic venue. The staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. It's beautifully decorated and very tasteful. The food, wether its bar snacks or evening meals are delicious and filling.

Very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal spot for visiting Broadstairs and surrounding area. We were golfing in Sandwich and this is a great spot for evening activities (pubs, food etc). The food at the hotel was excellent also.

The room is nice, spacious and clean. The location is a bit of a walk into Broadstairs center and beach. The service in the restaurant was poor. During the breakfast service, guests were not allowed to sit at most of the empty tables as they’d already set them for lunch. Next time I would book a hotel closer to the beach

The hotel was delightful. Beautifully decorated & all staff were very welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was plentyful small garden which was usefully on a sunny day. Although closed for a private event. Air-conditioning room. Free parking, short walk to seafront. Downhill going, uphill back. Would definitely stay again.
