Just a minute's walk from the beautiful seafront and beach of Broadstairs, our house is the ideal place to come & stay for your break. With period features, fully functional office with monitor and fast wifi for anyone that wishes to work away from home. It is a stones throw from all the shops, bars and amazing restaurants so ideally placed while on a quiet street. with hardly any passing traffic. We are blessed with a car park 30 meters away which is perfect for Broadstairs as parking can be difficult in the Summer.



This substantial, Georgian town house is just 40 metres away from the sea front, nestling in the heart of the town’s conservation area. It has been the subject of a substantial programme of improvements, with stylish designer bath and shower rooms and modern art throughout, the town house is now an elegant, spacious and comfortable four bedroom property set over four floors and basement with two full bathrooms and two extra WC's. There is a games area with a pool table and a table football for the evenings away from the beach.



Dogs are allowed upon request, we will ask for the age and type of dog and may ask for a larger security deposit, we are dog lovers ourselves and will try our best to accommodate your pooch.



With three king size beds and a fantastic kids room with two quality, sturdy iron bunk beds that create four single beds, perfect for families to get away and enjoy time together. In the basement there is a fully equipped Kitchen and large dining. In the garden you will find a BBQ, plus



The house is fully equipped with everything you should need, we have a travel cot upon request, full TV with streaming facilities. We will supply basics such as Tea, Coffee, Salt + pepper and herbs.



A £300 refundablel security / Damage deposit will be requested outside of the booking platform, this is held against damage, theft, smoking, excess cleaning, unsocial behaviour, parties and any other issues that break our house rules.
