The hotel is so beautiful. We were greeted warmly and though we were early and our room want ready, we were able to store luggage and received complimentary welcome drinks in the lobby bar. The staff had organised balloons, cake and fizz on arrival for a birthday. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The welcome drinks were great. The breakfast was fabulous, a great array of fresh food and staff were happy to provide cooked food which wasn’t on the counter. The Spa was lovely as was the staff there. We used the beauty salon and had a facial and massage and all was fantastic. A truly relaxing experience.
