Totally disappointed. I can forgive a lot of but not if company try to get customers by lies. I always book hotels with parking, breakfast and gym. This hotel hasn’t got gym. Gym is extra paid in another place. I wouldn’t stay in this place but they provided false. Horrible business ethic.

The bar area was being renovated, so there were no on-site refreshment facilities apart from a slot machine. Guests were not allowed to use this machine after 10pm. Staff were friendly. I was not able to use the room safe. The hotel is in quite a rough area, though I didn't feel unsafe. The room was basic but functional with a/c and a large tv. I had not realised that there would be a kitchen and washing machine, although I have no idea how I would have dried any laundry.

Nice hotel near centre of Brno

The reception staff & the shuttle driver at the hotel were great and super helpful, room was spacious and we'll equipped. The only downside of the hotel is that it was very noisy outside during the night and the room could use a bit more cleaning (dirty floor & toilet)
