A spacious holiday apartment located in the small-scale complex “Residenz Edelalm,” newly built in 2016. The gondola with access to the “SkiWelt” ski area is just a few minutes’ drive away, where you can connect towards “Westendorf” or head in the other direction to Hochbrixen.

The ski bus stops directly in front of the door. The “Tanzer” valley run (1c) ends very close by, on the opposite side of the apartment.

In the immediate vicinity of the house, you will find numerous restaurants and shops.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can also be reached by elevator.

Through the spacious entrance area with a cloakroom, you have access to three generous bedrooms and three bathrooms with rain showers, washbasins, and toilets. The bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen features a large and cozy dining area.

Along the entire rear side (facing south!), you will find a spacious balcony with seating and a fantastic view over the Choralpe.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 24 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
