"Le Plain-pied du Pêcheur" is a bright and spacious house, ideal for a break with friends, a sporty stay or a getaway to discover the Haute-Loire. Hikers, cyclists, heritage enthusiasts or professionals on the move will find comfort, calm and practicality.

Located in Brives-Charensac, in a quiet residential area a stone's throw from the Loire, it offers quick access to Le Puy-en-Velay, shops, the Via Velay V73 greenway and many outdoor activities.

The 90 m² house (excluding garage) is functionally arranged and has:

• A large, bright living room with two French windows opening onto the terrace, with open kitchen (gas hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Magimix espresso and filter coffee maker (ground coffee or pods), kettle, toaster, Monsieur Cuisine food processor, juicer, vegetable cutter, blender), living room with electric relax sofa, TV and armchairs,
