Bon accueil. La chambre est refaite avec deco originale comme toujours chez ibis styles. Le pdj est excellent varié et compris dans le prix de la chambre ( oeufs bacon ). Il est situé tout près de l A20 ce qui évite de rentrer dans Brive.Les vitres sont doublées. Très bien pour une halte et couper un trajet long

L’accueil à mon arrivée à l’hôtel s’est très très bien grâce a un personnel accueillant et à l’écoute vraiment rien à dire. En revanche le matin lorsque j’ai demandé pourquoi j’ai été prélevé deux fois du montant de la chambre, la personne qui était la et ce n’est pas la même personne qu’à mon arrivé, n’a pas répondu à ma question, s’est adressée à moi de manière condescendante et m’a répondu en me disant que c’c’etait une pré autorisation et que dans 7 jours cel s’annulerai, je lui ai demandé de le faire maintenant puisque j’avais déjà réglé la nuit mais n’a été capable que de me répondre la même chose alors que je sais que c’est possible toujours avec le même ton et sans respect de la clientèle.

Une chambre la 14 . Une chambre où on entend parfaitement les bruits du couloir de rdc et ceux des voisins . Très déçu pour un ibis style Et que dire des travaux de rénovations qui sont aussi très présents . J en oublie le parking ou les véhicules des entreprises de rénovations sont garés très prêts des voitures Trop prêt pour la portière de ma voiture avec une belle bosse … mais c est pas eux et ni la faute de l hôtel … ahhh les panous panous …
