Our accommodation is ideal for couples or business travellers. Conveniently located, it allows you to explore the city on foot.
As soon as you step inside, you will be charmed by this cosy retreat. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned.

The accommodation consists of:

- A LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, ideal for your evenings in front of the television, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: hotplates, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Tassimo coffee machine, kettle and everything you need for cooking. Travel light as there is a washing machine in the accommodation. You will also have everything you need to dry and iron your laundry.

- A PEACEFUL BEDROOM: A standard bed (140x200cm) with quality bedding, a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire flat to yourself so you can feel at home. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor without a lift.

INDEPENDENT ARRIVAL: You can check in independently from 3 p.m. using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 2 hours before your arrival.

PARKING: The accommodation does not have a parking space, but you can park very easily on the street or in the streets adjacent to the accommodation.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops at the end of the street. The train station is a 3-minute walk away. What's more, you are only a 5-minute walk from the city centre.

AVAILABILITY: Although arrival is self-service, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by telephone until 11 p.m. in case of emergency.

The local market in the Guierle car park on Saturday mornings is a great place to discover regional products, just a 10-minute walk away.

Guierles Park: 15 minutes on foot.

FOR FOODIES: The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, bars and cafés. Don't miss La Halle Gaillarde to sample the local speciality over brunch from Tuesday to Sunday, less than a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbourhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any check-out between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of £10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include thorough cleaning of the accommodation and the provision of bed linen and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorised.
