Parking information contradictory. website says must provide numberplate prior to arrival, 2 phone conversations told no need to confirm parking, signs say unless you have a permit you will be fined. Motion sensative light in entrance hall repeatedly activated throughout the night, when I complained told that nothing could be done about it

Lovely clean flat for the money, okay location, no lift but it did the job! Unfortunately went to the wrong place first (clifton village rather than house) and it took 5 calls, 40 minutes and the operator accidentally letting us into someone else’s room before anyone realised, so maybe some better operator training necessary.

The option to stay in serviced apartment was excellent. It provided flexibility/choice when it came to food as we could eat in or eat out. It was great for a small group as there were two bed (twin or could be put together as a double) and a double sofa bed. The apartment was clean and had good facilities. The location was great, and it was wonderful to have parking available on site at no additional charge.
