This was my second stay at The Regency Hotel this year. Staff was great again, managed to allocate me a nice room with a bath - the only purpose of my stay :-D room was ready earlier so I was allowed to check in to enjoy my stay for a bit longer. Definitely recommend this hotel. Good value and very comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a convenient and fairly quiet location but the building has seen better days. The shower was very slow to drain, some of the lights in the room didn't work, there was no TV signal despite the aerial cable being securely plugged in and I couldn't connect to wifi during my stay. I suppose I got what I paid for as my room was very cheap and available on a special offer, but I would expect more from this chain.
