Another lovely stay. Great staff but under pressure. Bar service slow. No white wine except Chardonnay! Rest of wine menu unavailable. Great dog-friendly hotel. Super comfortable room.

One night stay. Clean room, not too much storage space though. The A/C unit was wonky, we tried lowering the temperature but looked like it didn't do anything? Quite good breakfast.

The room was well designed, the layout gave a good amount of space to move around considering the size of the room. The beds were more comfy than many I've slept on, they felt more like beds than blocks of stone and there was a decent amount of pillows in the room for once too. Finally a room with plenty of coat hooks too! I liked the metal grate styling in the room, which enabled flexible use of hooks and hangers to keep clothes tidy. I also was fond of the conditioner provided in the shower too;all too often it is forgotten. Great room, great design, great thoughtfulness for amenities. The only downside I had was that the check in desk isn't obvious when you walk in the front door. It's to the left but there is another desk to the right for other things.

We loved The Moxy, we just struggled with how hot and dry the room was. We had the window open but overlooked the main road so was noisy to do this which we didn’t mind, but some people might not be able to sleep with the traffic noise.

This Hotel was referred to me and I am very content with the service from all members of Staff. Thank you. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of breakfast options! I really liked the seating arrangements in the breakfast/dining space. Hip deco and a very nice ambience seeping out from the Staff at the Bar to the check in, the Rooms, Gym even to the elevator. Cool! The cleaning staff/housekeepers we courteous, receptive and efficient. One of the room's bedside lamp was not working and could not be repaired during my stay as there was no maintenance available. However, I still chose to stay in that room, as I was tired, jet-lagged and I liked the view from the 6th floor. The Hotel is near the city nightlife and for the first two nights I did have difficulty sleeping. Regardless, I will definitely refer Moxy Hotel, to friends and family who have intentions of visiting Bristol and wish to experience a hip, clean and friendly hotel.

Hotel is fine and I've stayed many times although it's starting to look a bit tatty in places. My bigger issue was the man (one of the hotel staff) that barged into my room while I was half dressed the morning after my night's stay without knocking first. As a lone woman I felt this was entirely inappropriate and the inability to knock or hear that the TV was on in the room prior to entering shows a complete lack of training. I complained about this to reception staff but they brushed it off, muttered a vague apology but didn't really deem it to be serious. Needless to say this is the last time I will be staying in the Moxy in Bristol.
