Really lovely place. Very quiet and peaceful. A bit off the beaten track but still only half an hour away from Bristol. Really comfortable bed, and I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. I wouldn’t say this if it wasn’t true! Only one minor point is that the shower head was a bit too low for me, as I’m around 6’ tall.

Beautiful place, the staff are great so friendly and helpful. The lady who owns the place is really lovely nothing is a problem for her such hardworking. Mark behind the bar is great so helpful and always willing to help. Beer is great, food is amazing and the rooms are fab so clean and welcoming. Loads of parking and overlooking a fishing lake. Will definitely be back soon.

An absolute gem of a find. We booked for my birthday at the end of last year, loved it so much, went back this last weekend for our anniversary. The quiet location, the lovely food, the friendly staff, all make for a really gorgeous overnight treat. Whilst last time we stayed in the four poster bed room, we opted for the balcony room this time. It was a little tired and in need of some TLC but none the less, it was a lovely stay.
