Central location for a visit to Bristol, however on a very busy main road above a pub so very noisy. room was very small but well equipped and clean. The mattress sagged in the middle so was not a comfortable night. We had trouble getting into the room as instruction omitted to say put the palm of your hand on key pad to activate. Seems as though other guests had the same problem as there was a lot of commotion to be heard at night. I am a frequent visitor to Bristol but will not stay here again

Is there a kitchen there? A microwave and toaster does not constitute a kitchen. Can't even get the kettle under the bathroom tap to fill it.

Clean pleasant room that looked recently refurbished, with a kettle and microwave and a enough tea and coffee to survive a night and morning. A fridge and hairdryer was useful. Shower was good, stocked with shampoo and conditioner. Bathroom was clean. Otherwise it was basic but sufficient. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had one set of neighbours who played very loud music all afternoon until late, but thankfully eventually stopped. At this (cold and wet) time of year the pub garden immediately outside the window did not result in any noise.

Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. The bed also was incredibly uncomfortable as the mattress had been worn down on one side leaving a lump in the middle. I also paid a little extra assuming I would have the room pictured with a small dining table and didn’t receive that room. The stay was okay as I needed it for commuting to work but I wouldn’t stay again.
