The room was very cold. There was no free parking. The breakfast was cold and over cooked and the coffee machine wasn’t working so there no coffee to be had. Very disappointing. Staff good.

Everything was lovely, extremely practical bathroom, cosy bedroom,delicious food and friendly staff. However, the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and we could not sleep properly on it.

The cooked element was amazing. Yoghurt and fruit was nice. Would have liked maybe Nutella/jam for toast for the kids. Cereals were ok but obviously the cheaper end. Plenty of tea and coffee, apple and orange juice. Muffins and croissants.

The room was a little tighter for a family as when the sofa bed opened you barely walk in. The room doesn't have intercom however there was an intercom available outside on each floor. Breakfast has little variety and medium quality. Customer service and staff at the reception and in breakfast hall was exceptional and outstanding!!! We overall enjoyed it!

We Checked in Friday 1212/25 When arriving at her room we realised the bathroom door was broken, it was hanging off the hinges. We reported this to reception on our way out for the evening and was told it would be put in the book ?? This wasn’t fixed during our stay and we had to lift and wedge the door every time someone needed the bathroom or shower . So it interfered with our privacy especially as I was sharing the room with my 23 year old son and 8 year old granddaughter. My son fitted the hinge back on a few times but it kept fallen off leading the door to hang off and be unsafe
