Fantastic location for visiting son at Uni. Initially in room on 2nd floor but heating didn’t work and dog constantly barking for over an hour you could hear in room 2 floors below (apparently dogs are allowed on ground floor and this one’s owners must have left it to go out to dinner 😬)! Loads of complaints including from us so we were moved to third floor on end which turned out to be more modern, bigger bed, lovely shower and very quiet being on the end. Breakfast was a good choice considering it was included.

No eggs.

It was ok overall. Disappointed there were no eggs at breakfast. They had run out of stock.'! Also, the key card ceased to function an hour before check out. A known problem and I just got a shrug when I poimted it out. There was very heavy rain and the car was in about 3 inches of water in the car park I had to pay for. The price was on the high side but the room was quiet and pleasant.

The worst nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were like rocks My daughter’s room was not particularly clean. The bar area was unwelcoming

Great location for central Bristol

Our stay was very good room was very clean and freshly aired we did however find. the mattress on the bed to be very firm to the point of being uncomfortable the breakfast room was extremely clean and bright and well organised a credit to the staff the whole building was really clean and well presented the only other item was having to pay to park both our cars even though we were in the same room, how ever I was really please in the overall cost of the room and will hopefully stay again
