Everything you need, breakfast was good, clean room, pool and gym. The best thing is the pond and wildlife out the back, you can walk there as well. I was watching rabbits and moorhens out of my window.

Check in was easy. Big hotel with many rooms but parking for 100+ cars. Room was OK, but air conditioning didn't work. Noticed plug in radiator after a while which helped. Ate in the bar - pizza - not a very good one but filling. Check out was easy too.

The hotel was really good, clean and tidy, staff were great, helpful when we required an early check in. My only criticism was the charge for the carpark for hotel guests. Yes it was discounted, but the car park was huge, nowhere near full, lucky if 20% infact. Just seemed like a money making thing.

The welcome and reception was very good. Our room was not cleaned which was disappointing. Breakfast was poor as we had to wait for hot food to be replaced. The tea was like dishwater and lacked any flavour. Bar service was good. We ordered food which was lukewarm and the salmon was overcooked. Overall, rather disappointing.
