Stay was really lovely hotel was nice and clean. Did have a little problem when ordering lunch we had waited 40 minutes to be told that it hadn’t even been started so we had to cancel the order as we had to get ready for a wedding. Big shoutout to Ash I think that’s his name he was super amazing very apologetic and sorted us right out

Air con not working, this was probably known in advance as there was a fan in room. Hairs in bath and on bathroom floor, bathroom dirty. Poor breakfast selection and reception tried charging me more on check out for the room saying they had made an error but I paid in advanced through Expedia. Pool area very cramped, overcrowded and basic

I thought property done a great job upgrading and improving in the inside.Rooms were really nice and you got a safe and a fridge which was a nice touch.Also fitness/spa centre which came free with your stay was lovely as we used the swimming pool few times.

Pleasant stay

Clean bedroom and bathroom. Good facilities in the room, to include iron and hairdryer. Tea and coffee tray. Having use of the indoor swimming pool made the stay more enjoyable.
