A good place for a stop-over when using Bristol Airport. We booked a premium twin room which was very cramped with no room to put suitcases or to unpack much so I expect the standard rooms are even smaller. We were able to get a decent meal at 9.00pm on a Sunday night so that is a big plus.

Bedroom was lovely and bed very comfy the evening menu is ok service terribly slow short staffed apparently. Continental breakfast was a bit of a joke juice tasted off and no hot drinks the machine was broken could do a lot better there

The room was impeccable. The only mils criticism is that the usual two bottles of water were missing. Staff very quickly put that right. All staff members were courteous, helpful and infectiously cheerful.

Hotel was very clean and tidy, bed was comfy and I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. Bathroom was a bit small. Shower was modern but would have been better to be fully enclosed. Breakfast was however, not very gois.

Landed just after midnight, to be told our room was no longer available and to go to their sister hotel Hampton by Hilton on sight at the airport. On checking in we were told parking would cost us £45 but we could claim back by keeping receipt and contacting Holiday Inn,we have done this and had no money back!

We never actually got to stay in the Holiday Inn, we were moved to the Hampton Hotel when we arrived back in the UK, and never actually got to the bottom of the change. Can't fault the hampton though, was a lovely hotel

Didn’t have breakfast. The evening menu is poor. Just nothing healthy or appealing. Paying extra to park is poor in this non urban hotel too. Everything else was fine apart from a bedside table that hadn’t been cleaned.
