I will start by saying the room was very clean. The indoor pool is not heated. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be and it’s broken or it just doesn’t have a heater, but this was unfortunate for my daughter (who loves to swim) because it was way too cold for her to be in. The lady who checked us in and out was nice, but we were there the most in the evening/night and that lady was not friendly at all. She just stares at you when you come through the door instead of giving a greeting. This was every time we came in/out for both evenings. On the second day, I wasn’t aware you had to ask for housekeeping to come change out towels during the day, which was no big deal - I just gathered our dirty ones and went to the desk to ask them to be switched. After she got off her cell phone, she looked at me like I was stupid when I asked for them to be switched and said, “yeah I guess?” She took them and came back and said she couldn’t find any washcloths but would wash some and took my room number. She never brought any up or called me to say she had them. We just made do without them since we were checking out the next morning. She made the experience uncomfortable because it felt like we were unwelcome, but the facility and room were very clean if you just need a place to stay overnight.
