Grevillea offers relaxed, comfortable holiday living with space to spread out indoors and out. The home features three bedrooms, including a king, a queen and two singles. Two of the bedrooms are carpeted and located downstairs, while polished timber floors flow throughout the remainder of the home. Air conditioning in all three bedrooms and both living areas ensures a comfortable stay in every season.

There are two bathrooms, along with a well-equipped laundry that includes a top-loading washing machine and a front-load dryer. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and mornings are easy with a Nespresso pod coffee machine (BYO pods). For entertainment, the home also features a PlayStation, perfect for relaxed evenings in.

A standout feature of the property is the massive undercover outdoor living area. Completed in December 2022, the beautifully furnished decks are designed for year-round use, with lighting, ceiling fans and even a heater for cooler months. Outdoor meals are a breeze with the Weber gas BBQ, while the large, fully fenced patio and garden area provides a secure space ideal for dogs.
The home is well positioned close to 4WD access to Main Beach and within walking distance of Home Beach (off-leash dog beach), Cylinder Beach (no dogs) and the Stradbroke Hotel.

House was very beachy, obviously a family home that has enjoyed lots of visitors. The outdoor shower area is wonderful for guests with pets. We felt very comfortable playing board games and each other.Not sure where the national park was.Check out at 9 am is too early when check in is 2 pm.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. We loved how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking utensils. The beds were very comfortable, however, they were a little bit sandy. The large deck is stunning and we really enjoyed the outdoor heater for dinners outside. The selection of books and board games is very impressive and we spent many hours playing cards on the deck.

Perfect Getaway

This house feels so homely and beachy. Great location for home beach, main beach and the pub. Completely decked out with everything you could need. The near new outdoor decks are fantastic with 3 different entertainment dining/lounge areas. This would be a great stay for 2 families as it felt wasted on just 2 of us. Will stay again!

Perfect family holiday home

House was very well equipped with utensils and blankets as well as entertainment from board games, puzzles and books to almost every streaming app on the TV and NBN included. Close to everything you need but far away enough to not be on busy Rd or heavy foot traffic area. Our family really enjoyed the stay here, will be back for sure!

Great home in good location

I call this a home because it is more than a beach house. Broadband Wi-Fi and Foxtel was an unexpected bonus and the new smart TV made lazy days a breeze. There are also plenty of personal touches that made this a very comfortable holiday home and were much appreciated. The only criticism is the enclosed pet area has no grass, just a sandy flower bed. It would be really awesome to have a patch of fake grass for dogs to go on.

Disappointingly not pet friendly

Very comfortable house for people, but sadly not pet friendly as advertised. Pets are not allowed inside the house, which may be okay if it doesn’t rain!!! There was quite a bit of rain during our stay, and there was not an undercover/enclosed dry area for our dog. The advertised large fenced area is mostly deck and not actually very big. I would not recommend this house for pets of any size shape or form. We have stayed in a number of pet friendly properties over the years and this is the first time ever that the advertising has been misleading.

Lovely house close to the beach

I stayed there with my family (baby, 6 y.o., annd wife - my parents joined for a few days) and it was great. In addition to the main one upstairs, there is a downstairs lounge room with another TV - great for when others were sleeping upstairs. The place has a great deck upstairs and lovely outdoor shower. We would definitely stay there again.

Great little house with 2 living areas, good for kids area downstairs and adults upstairs.

Pictures of house deceiving, looks bigger in pics, but still ok. Great area downstairs for kids, 2 brms and bathroom, and adults upstairs, kitchen, family area, and bathroom and bedroom. Cleanliness was a little bit to be desired. Dusty floorboards under couch, dirty windows, skirting boards dirty. But we vacuumed and left it clean. Beds weren't too bad. Not real crash hot for internet thou inside house. There's reversed air cons up and downstairs and in main bedroom. Kitchen has everything you need. Great house, enjoyed our stay.

Terrific location and comfortable house

We had a wonderful stay in this house - kids downstairs and adults upstairs. House had everything we needed, was close to beaches, cafes and Point Lookout for whale-watching and gelati each day. Walked and rode bikes everywhere. Had a koala sleeping in a tree just outside the living room. Excellent week, thanks!
