I booked through Wotif only to be told my room was double I tried to show them my confirmation and she shooed me. They tried to bill my card before I transferred the money and when it declined she flicked it at me. They looked at me like I’d crawled out of the sewer. I would have been happy to get a different room but she talked over me and I was so humiliated I had to walk away. The receptionist later called me to have an argument about my booking. I told her to cancel it and had to hang up on her because she was so aggressive. When I tried to call and complain I was put through to the two women responsible for all this Tahlia and I think it was Sophia or something. I can’t even lodge a complaint I keep getting an AI virtual assistant

It was a comfortable clean room. I feel it was very overpriced especially seeing as it does not offer parking for all guests. I had to drive around the block, then two blocks to still find no parking so I called the hotel, and they said they could do nothing for me, so I had to drive around and find a park. I was absolutely disgusted that my husband could not check in for us….. he has the same surname, and even had my bank card that I used to book. I have never heard of such stupidity before. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

We booked accommodation for four and paid for breakfast but the hotel would only honour breakfast for the two adults - this wasn’t noted anywhere when booking so be mindful of this if staying as a family. Parking was included but is limited and there were no spaces available when we returned from dinner at around 8pm.
