The wall tiles in ensuite need a good clean, appear to be stained, otherwise, all lovely & clean. The dryer problem was fixed by the maintenance man, he couldn't understand why they left the faulty dryer and just left the new one on the floor to be working unbalanced! It was handy to the shopping centre, although everyone got lost over there! Hand an enjoyable time thanks.

Our stay was okay overall. The room was basic but neat and tidy, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom was missing towels, bath mats, and face washers, which was a little inconvenient. A small improvement in amenities would make the experience much more comfortable.

Wasn't able to check in until after 5pm. Was not notified until I went to check in just after 4pm (check in should've been available at 2pm), a courtesy phone call would've been nice.... The room smelt incredibly damp. We had to keep the balcony door open due to the stench. Very disappointed and will never return

Carpet needs replacing - I arrived 7.00 gout out the uber and reception must have just shut - spent way to long on the phone and sending photos got into my room 20 + later. Capers stained in multiple spots and down to the banking very poor condition- noisy from next door until just before 12 and the light that came into the room through the front door hallway was bright overall not very pleasant experience

I stayed here for two nights. The room was fairly average and the bed was ok, parking was easy enough as well as checkin. However the tiled floor had a sticky residue and an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, this really affected my stay, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Our stay here was excellent an added bonus having free breakfast was great, the staff were really friendly. The hotel was really close to the Westfield Chermside an easy work to local restaurants. The only problem I had was having an injury to my knees were the stairs, but I managed okay. I would stay again
