The lady on the reception desk was very helpful finding us a car park on a busy night. We didn’t have a large enough saucepan to cook pasta in. We had difficulty turning the hot plates on and were unable to find a manual to show us how. The top of the toilet brush in the main toilet was broken (in room 304)

Parking was great plenty of spots. Bathroom was run down no water pressure in the shower. Shower was still dirty with grime. Matress was like sleeping on springs had the worse sleep for the 2 night stay. Carpet felt dirty to walk on.
