The entire place was very lovely and very close to a lot in the city. Only thing that could be improved was we had a very awkward interaction with one of the wait staff in the restaurant who wasn’t very friendly and her demeanour wasn’t very pleasant

Our stay at Royal on the Park was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We stayed for one night, and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, everything was just perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless and well-presented. The only tiny thing I could fault was the cheese toastie — it probably didn’t need the cheese sauce. Other than that, everything was fantastic! A huge thank you to the lovely team for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Location is great across from Botanical Gardens! Wifi didn’t work at first. Staff fixed it. Pool not heated. Shower stalls are very slippery. Beds comfortable. Parking garage - outdoor lot had some vandalism. Park inside instead! Staff - super helpful.

Great convenient location. The rooms are a good size, but be aware that if you pay the premium for a park view room it is more a road view room. Most of the staff were lovely other than the surly receptionist I got at check in. Whilst I could hear others checking in getting the spiel about breakfast, the poom etc I got "There's your key, the lift is over there..." All of the concierge staff I dealt with were exceptional
