Stayed in room 03 nealxt to entrance. Loud noises all night from hallway traffic and pedestrians on path outside. Theres a bright spotlight that even shines through curtain. Hardly slept. Plus the shower was an absolute trickle.
I was positively surprised and happy that both rooms I booked had a washing machine and dryer, plus a little kitchenette. We only stayed one night, but the breakfast service provided in the restaurant down stairs was very well presented and filling for the huge day we were having with basketball games from 11:00 AM to 8:15 PM that Sunday. Slept like a baby, clean rooms, clean bedding and towels.
Close to restaurants and Southbank. Staff were very helpful.

Great location. Property is just aged great for the price and if you just stay in a couple of nights and not spending time in the hotel room it's perfect
Honestly when I walked in I was amazed I would literally stay there forever, they had everything kitchen wise, laundry wise and it's so spacious I loved it.
The receptionist "Denny" was rude. He made it seem like we were inconveniencing him by booking a room using third party website; which was approved by the hotel. We paid for the superior room and was given a dirty tiny room with no discounted cost and only a couple of drink vouchers valued little to nothing. This experience alone has solidified that will never return to this establishment and will actively tell people to do the same. The only saving factor was the kind bar staff on during that night.
I asked for the pull-out couch to be made and when I arrive it was not made and so when they made a went out came back they use the pillows from the master bed for the pull-out couch so I had those pillows. It was a terrible experience the TV did not work properly Absolutely not a four star hotel.
