Ideal location when access to Mater Private Hospital is required. Walk across the road from reception into the hirise parking & follow the yellow line to the lift on level 5.

The hotel did not have my booking. Was unable to check in for the room that I had requested and had already paid in full. With the Ashes (cricket)) on, alternative accommodation in the area was virtually non existent. Hotel Diana staff were very understanding with my situation and were extremely helpful by offering me a room at their sister venue, however this was at a downgrade from what I had booked. I will be seeking compensation for this inconvenience.

A well-located hotel to explore the surroundings of the river, within walking distance. The hotel room was clean and smelled good—friendly staff, free amenities like a good coffee machine and fruit at the reception—overall, it was a good value for money.

Air con was faulty and sounded like a washing machine. Bad smell in bathroom upon arriving, visibly dirty shower drain likely the cause. Kettle could do with a clean. Calcified water around lid. Whilst I was able to sleep through noise first night due to being exhausted. 2nd night sleep was terrible.

The room and facilities were excellent. Close to the Gabba. Less than 12 minutes walk. The steep include when coming to the hotel by walk is tricky.
