As it has been said the rooms are dated and would benefit from a refresh but it all in for cost and location I have no complaints. The staff were lovely and a great help it was clean in all areas and the view we had of the Bridge was fantastic.

The apartment we had was spotless and well appointed. We had a beautiful view of the Storey Bridge. The location was perfect, we were able to comfortably walk everywhere and the city cat ferry service was a leisurely 5 minUte stroll from the apartment. Staff were friendly and courteous. Definitely would recommend/ return to Oaks apartments on Felix .

Great unit, easy check in and out, clean towels upon request. Easy to park in underground garage although tight spaces for our SUV rental. Our grown kids enjoyed the gym and sauna. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries. Kitchen could use some potholders and the bathrooms could use updated ventilation. Maybe a few ice trays for the freezer. Would stay again and recommend to friends. We loved the bridge view and how the colors were different each night.

The room had an unpleasant smell as did the hallways from the lift. The towels should have been in the rag bag very thin. The waste drain in the bathroom was full of dust and rubbish build up. The location is good however will not be booking there again
