As it has been said the rooms are dated and would benefit from a refresh but it all in for cost and location I have no complaints. The staff were lovely and a great help it was clean in all areas and the view we had of the Bridge was fantastic.

The apartment we had was spotless and well appointed. We had a beautiful view of the Storey Bridge. The location was perfect, we were able to comfortably walk everywhere and the city cat ferry service was a leisurely 5 minUte stroll from the apartment. Staff were friendly and courteous. Definitely would recommend/ return to Oaks apartments on Felix .

Look it wasn't horrendous. But when we checked in we were told we had received an up grade, and I am not sure which part of the room was upgraded (it smelt funny, the furnishings were VERY sparse, the TV had a huge line through it making viewing difficult, and the bedroom air con didnt work) so I dread to think what we would have gotten if we weren't upgraded. For an Oaks property, this disappointed us.
