Direct message from the staff is very good, I can contact them directly, no need to get through to a wait call. The room is big and comfy, perfect for family of 4, we can sleep separately. The food from the restaurant can do better, otherwise all good.

Room was clean 👍 I personally only had issue with the bed I was expecting an actual king size bed not 2 king singles pushed together and for me the mattresses were too soft and sunk in the middle. But overall would stay again just in a Queen room instead. Thankyou

Awesome round building architecturally meaning that guests all have a fantastic balcony view out (including a view of the oldest structure in Queensland, the windmill). Our room was a little dark (mood lighting I guess with multiple small lights) and up a hill/staircase from the city but we enjoyed the stay a lot nonetheless. Great value for money and nice staff.

We used this hotel for a 2 day stopover after a long flight from the UK . Easy taxi journey from the Airport . The hotel is a good location , everything you need is within walking distance . The room was ok bed was comfortable the bathroom has no fan in it so the ceiling was in a bad way . Windows in the room needed a good clean . It served a purpose .

- I like the service from the staff; - I wasn't told my cooking included a breakfast; - It's a pretty steep uphill walk from Central station through Madison Park. Particularly with luggage.
