As frequent travellers we were interested in what the stay at Lucid Apartments would be like as the reviews were mixed hole check in was at a separate building this was seamless and just a short walk from the apartment a 200 damage deposit is taken on check in. We stayed in an apartment on the 26th floor with an amazing city view the room was clean smelled fresh and has a comfy king size bed the rooftop pool area is lovely and the location is a short walk to restaurants and the metro GOMA and the Art Gallery Museum and theatre

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Room was in poor shape and staff were not well informed as check in was in a separate building . The location of car parking was not well indicated and service via phone call was poor. The shower needed repair and the rooms had a funky odour.
