The apartment was extremely basic and is well overdue for refurbishment! There was not even a jug for water in the fridge, very uncomfortable furniture no vanity in the bathroom (we placed our toiletries on the washing machine)! the bed was small with only one bedside table. The area is very noisy car alarms, barking dogs & sirens going off all day and night. Having paid an exorbitant amount PER NIGHT for 3 nights we were looking forward to a well appointed lovely apartment for our stay. Unfortunately that was not the case. 24 hours before check in we were told that check was to be pushed from 3pm to 5pm which really annoyed us we travelled by air to Brisbane to be on time for check in and could re arrange our plans for arrival and meetings pre booked for dinner etc. We arrived at 3pm the cleaner was still in the apartment which was no real issue for us. She was flustered and finished her task while we waited on the balcony. Overall the planning was poor on management's behalf this booking was made and paid for on December 2 ! I would have thought that was plenty of time to have everything ready for arrival February 12th Never have we paid this amount of money for such a disappointing place. This is definitely not an apartment I would recommend to anyone! Not at all happy the entire contents need a total upgrade if you intend to command this sort of money right down to the cutlery & crockery

Whilst the room was very modern and high end. The check in process was ridiculous, having to wait until someone enetered the building to be able to get the fob was a strange way to enter, not very confortable looking like a stalker to gain acess to the fob via mailbox.
