In general, I would say that this is a 4 star hotel, but the staff bumps it up to 5. Location is good (they have bikes and the water taxi is close by). The hotel was nice a quiet and the staff was super helpful!

Loved staying here! The location was great and the room was like the perfect apartment stay! Staff was very kind and friendly and they sorted out our two reservations into one without a worry.
